Straighteners

ROGAJI ENGINEERING S.L.® straighteners are designed to operate under the most demanding conditions without compromising performance, thanks to their enclosed, monoblock design.

Their robust construction provides unparalleled stability, guaranteeing the highest quality in the straightening process. They incorporate measuring systems for easy adjustment when dimensions change.

Wire straighteners range from Ø2 to Ø12 depending on the model, and strap straighteners can handle widths up to 100 mm, also depending on the model.

The rollers are hinged using a lever that releases pressure, facilitating coil or material changes.

At the infeed, guide rollers assist the material, and a sensor alerts the user on the display when the material runs out.
