Winders

ROGAJI ENGINEERING S.L.® winders are designed for high performance and a high work rate. They are capable of withstanding heavy workloads without any loss of efficiency.

The frames are constructed of welded steel and painted according to the company's RAL color scheme. They include plates for anchoring to the floor. They feature a very robust loading drum in the center and a retractable mast that compensates for sudden movements.

A series of sensors monitors the machine's demand. They operate autonomously and therefore do not require control from another machine.

They have their own electrical control panel with an emergency stop and a speed regulator. The mast is height-adjustable and tilt-adjustable to perfectly adapt to the machine's inlet and facilitate material flow. The sensitivity can also be adjusted depending on the task and the material.
